Disability Management

Perform a thorough evaluation of the work environment, company culture and existing policies and procedures to uncover the individual complexities and unique opportunities within each employer to better manage lost time and get employees back to work. Identify the key people necessary to create the program team.

Planning and Design

Working with the identified team members to develop an appropriate strategy that best meets the need of the company and its employees. Develop a program design that is tailored to the employers particular needs and will deliver maximum success. Create policies and procedure that will define the program, create program functionality and determine.

Transitional Light Duty and Alternate Job Identification

Thoroughly evaluate the tasks performed with in departments of the company to analyze worker functions and develop an appropriate set of transition al duty jobs that injured or ill employees may perform.

Occupational Medicine Review

Evaluate the provider community in your area to create a Preferred Provider Network of quality physicians that will be motivate to participate with the program and embrace the therapeutic value of work.

Educational Training

Provide comprehensive preparations to all levels within the company to facilitate smooth implementation and ongoing participation with the program.
